- Manager & Beverages Russell is a Friday Saturday Sunday veteran of 28 years. When not rooting around in the wine cellar or taste testing a new pear liquer, he can be found talking to a customer (with animated gestures) about the mountain he climbed last summer. Russell is also an accomplished pianist, harpsichordist, actor and father. |

- Assistant Manager & Host Danny's many years as a waiter at the restaurant have given him the experience to handle just about any situation with patience and courtesy. Great at remembering people-- where they like to sit, what they like to eat, he is also quick to make new customers feel at home. When not working, Danny is an avid student of Philadelphia and it's night life. |

Reese - Head Chef “The buck stops here” is an apt description of Reese’s most important job. Besides being the arbiter of cuisine he is the quality control expert, insuring consistency and craftsmanship in the kitchen. At the age of 8, Reese started cooking at home with his Mom, Roberta, making pizza and focaccia. When not cooking, Reese is known to play a mean guitar. |

Oi - Pastry Chef A native of Bankok, Oi came to the Philadelphia as a young women not speaking English. She found herself in one the city's best French restaurants, Le Panetier, helping with prep work. Quietly, she began observing the pastry chef and then became his apprentice. She has brought more than great desserts to Friday Saturday Sunday. Her cheery attitude and sense of humor have warmed many grey winter days. |
